Top sides dominant on day two of U19 World Cup

The New Zealand under 19 cricketers made short work of Canada to secure a commanding nine-wicket win at Lincoln, while England overwhelmed Hong Kong by the same margin in matches at the ICC World Cup.

Australia also enjoyed a 108 run victory over the USA, in Queenstown while Bangladesh faltered a little on its way to a five-wicket win over Papua New Guinea in Palmerston North.

New Zealand's next match is against Zimbabwe on Tuesday,.

England and India are both on two points after a game each in Group A, both with similar net run-rates.

Australia and South Africa have a similar points tally in Group B, with Australia leading on net run rate

In Group C, where Sri Lanka has yet to play a game, New Zealand has two points from one match, Canada two from two.

Group D is headed by Bangladesh on two points - the same as Pakistan but with a better NRR.
