The Central Pulse and the New South Wales Swifts have played out a 47-47 draw on ANZAC Day in Wellington.
The Pulse looked to have blown their chances in the final quarter as the Swifts took a five-goal lead, before the home team replied with an unanswered five-goal burst.
Flawless shooting percentages ensured the visitors hit the first break with a slim 13-12 lead.
The niggle and intensity showed few signs of abating in the second quarter, before both teams produced a high octane third stanza where the lead changed hands several times.
