The Arsenal football manager Arsene Wenger says the game could be speeded up by replacing throw-ins with kick-ins.
The Frenchman believes some clubs gain an unfair advantage simply because they have a player who can propel the ball long distances with their throws.
Wenger says for example for Stoke's Rory Delap, it's like kicking the ball.
He adds Delap is using a strength that is usually not a strength in football and it's an unfair advantage.
Wenger believes throw-ins should be done by foot which would make the game quicker.
