Pace bowler Stuart Clark believes it's unlikely he'll be selected to play Test cricket for Australia again, but denies he's ready to retire from the game.

The 34-year-old has a stress fracture in his back but says he's not ready to quit.

Clark says he wasn't sure where he stood in the mind of selectors, having watched fellow pacemen Doug Bollinger and Clint McKay leapfrog him in the pecking order for the series against the West Indies.

The News South Wales fast bowler is in the process of agreeing a one-year deal with English county side Kent for next year with an option for a second season in 2011.

He's hoping to find some form on English soil during the next northern summer with Australia to play a two-Test series against Pakistan next July at Lords and Headingley.
