Adam Ashley-Cooper shifts out to the wing following Pat McCabe's career-ending neck injury, while Tevita Kuridrani is the new centre, while James Hanson comes in for injured hooker Nathan Charles.

Former captain and lock James Horwill replaces the hulking Will Skelton on the bench.
