New Zealand's Olympic silver medalists Peter Burling and Blair Tuke are in sixth place after the first day of racing at the European 49er sailing regatta in Helsinki.
The reigning world champions recorded a win, a 12th and a fourth place finish.
Tuke says it was a solid day, they had a couple of missed opportunities but all in all it was a nice start to a long week.
Alexandra Maloney and Molly Meech are 17th after the first day of the women's 49er regatta.
