Hawke's Bay will play the Wellington Saints in the National Basketball League final in the capital.
The top-seeded Hawks romped past the defending champions Southland 100-87, then the Saints beat the Nelson Giants 88-71, in the night's second semi-final in Wellington.
That defeat ended the career of the Giants' former Tall Black Phill Jones, who is retiring.
