The reigning World Rally Champion Sébastien Ogier racked up his fifth victory of the season after winning the Rally of Poland on its return to the series for the first time since 2009.
The win extends Ogier's lead in the drivers standings to 50 points at the mid-point of the season.
The Frenchman fought for honours throughout the event with Polo R WRC team-mates Andreas Mikkelsen but pulled clear last night, paving the way for his 21st world rally victory.
Behind Mikkelsen, Thierry Neuville picked up the final podium position, their second of the season with the new Hyundai i20 WRC.
Neuville's Hyundai team-mate New Zealand's Hayden Paddon finished 8th in just his second WRC event.
Jari-Matti Latvala maintains second in the drivers standings and Mikkelsen climbs into third position, giving Volkswagen drivers a one-two-three at the top of the leaderboard.
In the Manufacturers' Championship, the German marque heads the Citroën Total Abu Dhabi World Rally Team by 147 points.
