Top seed Stanislas Wawrinka has booked his place in the final four at the Queen's Championship tennis grass court tournament, with a 7-5 6-3 win over Australian Marinko Matosevic in the quarter-finals in London.

The Swiss world No.3 next faces Bulgarian fourth seed Grigor Dimitrov, who had a walkover when eighth-seeded Ukrainian Alexandr Dolgopolov withdrew.

The 10th seeded Spaniard Feliciano Lopez claimed an unexpected place in the last four when he beat second seed and world number six Czech Tomas Berdych 6-4 7-6 for his first win over a top 10 player in 11 months.

Lopez will next meet another Czech, number 15 seed Radek Stepanek, who followed up his victory over 2013 champion Andy Murray by defeating seventh seeded South African Kevin Anderson 1-6 6-3 6-2.
