Gulbis, Djokovic through to men's semis in Paris

The giant killing Latvian tennis player Ernests Gulbis and the second seed Novak Djokivic are through to the semi-finals at the French Open.

The 18th-seeded Gulbis made short work of the No.6 seed, Czech Thomas Berdych in straight sets, having knocked out Swiss great Roger Federer in the previous round.

The Serb Djokovic won his quarter-final in straight sets against the eighth-seeded Canadian Milos Raonic, 7-6 7-5 6-4.

In the remaining quarter-finals Rafael Nadal plays fellow Spaniard David Ferrer, and the Scot Andy Murray faces Frenchman Gael Monfils.
