The Manu Samoa centre Eliota Fuimaono-Sapolu has criticised the All Blacks for never playing a Test match in the Pacific Islands, saying they'd have toured Nazi Germany if the price was right.
New Zealand Rugby announced earlier this month the All Blacks will play an international against the United States in Chicago in November.
The All Blacks have never played a Test in the Islands and New Zealand Rugby chief executive Steve Tew says while they'd like to, their Test calendar is booked up until 2019.
In a video posted to YouTube, Fuimaono-Sapolu says Polynesian players have had a major influence on the success of New Zealand rugby but bosses are only focused on money.
He says "if Hitler had an interest in rugby and fronted the money and showed the All Blacks, told them to come tour Nazi Germany, the All Blacks would."
Fuimaono-Sapolu ends his video by saying "if after all that, they somehow come up with another excuse, then the All Blacks are an absolute bunch of (expletive removed)."
Fuimaono-Sapolu last played for Samoa at the 2011 Rugby World Cup and is currently playing in Japan for the Coca Cola Red Sparks.
The IRB brought a misconduct charge against Fuimaono-Sapolu when he called referee Nigel Owens a "racist, biased prick" following Samoa's 13-5 loss to South Africa at the world cup.
He was also warned recently for a Twitter post linking the Rugby World Cup scheduling to slavery, the holocaust and apartheid.
