Cipriani keen to start at Eden Park

The first part of the England rugby team has arrived in New Zealand for their three-Test tour.

A dozen players will travel after this weekend's Premiership club final and won't be considered for the first Test at Eden Park.

First-five Danny Cipriani is hoping to play that Test, six years after he won his last cap for England.

Cipriani, who spent two years in Melbourne before returning to the England game, will battle Freddy Burns for a start next week and he says this is an opportunity he has to take.

Fellow first-fives Owen Farrell and Stephen Myler are both involved in the Premiership final.
