The coach of the Canterbury Tactix netball side, Leigh Gibbs, will step down from the role at the end of the trans Tasman competition.
Gibbs, a former Silver Ferns coach and captain, has been with the side since 2012.
She will continue in her role as head of high performance in the Mainland Zone.
The likely successor to Gibbs is former Silver Ferns mid-courter Julie Seymour who's currently assistant coach at the franchise.
The Tactix are last in the ten team competition having had just one win all season with three games to play.
