Hurricanes win four in a row

The Hurricanes have beaten the Queensland Reds 35-21 in their Super Rugby clash at Wellington.

The home side out scored the visitors five tries to two for their fourth victory in a row.

The Hurricanes winger Corey Jane crossed the line twice in the first half and once in the second for a hat trick while his team mates TJ Perenara and Ardie Savea scored second half tries.

The Reds' fullback Ben Lucas scored the opening try of the match followed by a close range touch down by their substitute James Hansen in the 66th minute.

The bonus point victory lifts the Hurricanes to the top of the New Zealand conference and third on the competition ladder overall.
