The world's number one equestrian Andrew Nicholson says he's aiming to complete eventing's grand slam starting with this weekend's Kentucky Three Day event.
Nicholson, who won the event in 2013 aboard Quimbo and was also third with Calico Joe has chosen to start Avebury at Kentucky.
Sir Mark Todd, the only other New Zealander competing at Kentucky, will ride Oloa.
The Grand Slam is awarded to the rider who wins the Kentucky, Badminton and Burghley events in succession.
