The Melbourne Victory scored a 92nd minute matchwinner to beat Sydney FC 2-1 in the A-League football competition's elimination final.
Archie Thompson opened the scoring on the 19 minute mark before ex-Victory man Sebastian Ryall's equaliser before half-time at Etihad Stadium.
Then the crowd of 20,802 went wild when Guilherme Finkler hit the winning goal home just as extra time was looming.
The Victory now face the Brisbane Roar away from home for a place in the grand final, after Central Coast beat Adelaide United 1-0 in the second elimination final in Gosford on Saturday.
The Mariners go on to play the Wanderers away in Western Sydney on Sunday.
