The National Rugby League is refusing to get involved in the public stoush between the Warriors' owners.
Eric Watson and Sir Owen Glenn haven been at loggerheads following the axing of Matt Elliott as head coach last week and a change in the ownership model looks to be inevitable.
But a spokesperson says the NRL's not concerned by the situation and it believes the club is well governed and is in the best position to administer its internal operations.
