Sri Lanka win T20 World Cup final

The Sri Lanka men's cricketers have been won the Twenty20 World Cup, beating India by six wickets in the final in Bangladesh.

After being asked to bat first India made just 130 for four with Virat Kohli scoring 77.

In reply Kumar Sangakkara hit an unbeaten 52 as Sri lanka reached their target with 13-balls to spare deny India, the reigning 50-over World Cup and Champions Trophy winners, a record limited over treble.

Australia beat England in the women's final by six wickets.
