World indoor bronze medalist Tom Walsh has won the men's shot-put title at the National Athletics Championships in Wellington.
Walsh threw a New Zealand all-comers record 20.79 metres, while Jacko Gill finished second with 19.93 metres, which is a Commonwealth Games qualifying distance.
Valerie Adams won her 13th national title with a throw of 20.46 metres.
It is her 46th straight competition win.
