The England cricket captain Stuart Broad has been fined 15 per cent of his match fee after after publicly criticising the match officials following his side's loss to New Zealand in their opening match at the T20 World Cup in Bangladesh yesterday.
Broad felt the players safety was in danger by the umpires' decision to play on during a thunderstorm.
