Sherwood wins X-Fighters opener

Palmerson North rider Levi Sherwood has won the opening round of the X-Fighters freestyle motocross series in Mexico.

Sherwood, the 2012 champion, takes an early lead in the series heading into the next leg in Osaka, in Japan.
