Two changes for Hurricanes to play Brumbies

3:02 pm on 5 March 2014

The Hurricanes have made two changes to their line-up as they continue to search for their first Super Rugby win of the season against the Brumbies in Wellington on Friday.

Following two losses on the South African leg of their campaign, the injury-hit Hurricanes have brought the wider training group member, Adam Hill, into the starting line-up to replace the blindside flanker, Faifili Levave, who's been ruled out.

James Marshall gets his first start of the season at fullback, replacing Marty Banks, who moves to the bench.

The Hurricanes coach, Mark Hammett, has resisted starting his young openside flanker, Ardie Savea, who's yet to crack the first 15 this season and will come off the bench.

The Brumbies also have injury issues after the Wallabies openside, David Pocock, was ruled out with a recurrence of a serious knee injury.
