The Estonian triathlete Marco Albert has won the Ironman New Zealand race in Taupo.
Albert won in a time just over 8 hours and 17 minutes.
He finished second in Taupo last year.
Ten-time winner Cameron Brown was almost 4 and a half minutes behind in second place with another New Zealander Terenzo Bozzone third.
The American Meredith Kessler won the women's title for a third straight year, winning in a record time of just under 9 hours and 9 minutes.
New Zealander Gina Crawford was second.
