The New Zealand cyclist Simon van Velthooven has won a bronze medal in the 1000 metre time trial at the World Track Championships in Colombia.
Van Velthooven finished behind a French and German rider.
Van Velthooven has won a silver and a bronze in the same event in previous championships.
It is the 4th medal for New Zealand at these World Championships.
