One of the superstars of the world of showjumping is heading to New Zealand.
The reigning world champion Philippe le Jeune of Belgium will take part in the Horse of the Year Show next month in Hawkes Bay and a series of other events.
Horse of the Year Show director Kevin Hansen says Le Jeune's entry will benefit New Zealand riders for years.
Le Jeune won the number one title at the World Equestrian Championships in Kentucky.
Sir Mark Todd will captain the New Zealand team.
The Horse of the Year Show runs from March 18 through to Sunday, March 23.
