The Jamaican track sprinter Veronica Campbell-Brown has been cleared by the Court of Arbitration for Sport to resume her career.
The dual Olympic 200 metres champion was suspended by her country's national federation following a positive test for a banned diuretic taken in May last year.
Campbell-Brown's lawyer says there was clearly a fundamental breakdown in the manner in which his client's urine sample was collected and handled in Jamaica.
The 31 year old winner of nine world championship medals intends to compete at the world indoor championships in Poland next month.
