Two of the world's top-ranked golfers Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy will been paired together for the first two rounds of the Dubai Desert Classic later this week.
The world's top golfer and the sixth-ranked player have started their new seasons with contrasting fortunes.
Woods missed the cut in the PGA Tour event at Torrey Pines in California on Monday after the 38-year-old's equal-worst round on US soil, a 79.
But McIlroy went within a two-stroke penalty of winning in Abu Dhabi, following his Australian Open victory at the end of last year.
