Breakers coach says aggression secured big win

The New Zealand Breakers basketball coach says upping the aggression in the fourth quarter helped them to power away to a 99-83 win over the Kings in Sydney yesterday afternoon.

In posting their highest score of the season the Breakers have snapped a three-game losing run and scored just their second win in seven away games.

Dean Vickerman says his side were being dominated on the boards so had to be aggressive to force turnovers and gain possession.

The Breakers have moved from last to sixth in the eight-team competition.
