The New Zealand Breakers have beaten the Sydney Kings 99-83 in their Australian Basketball League clash in Sydney.
Centre Gary Wilkinson top scored with 31 points and six rebounds.
After leading by one point at half time, the Breakers were down 65-63 at the end of the third quarter before outscoring the hosts 36-18 in the final stanza.
The match was the first of a difficult four game road trip in which the defending champions take on the top teams in the competition.
