Wild Oats XI owner Bob Oatley says his supermaxi yacht will be back for an attempt at establishing a new record for line honours victories in the Sydney to Hobart race.
Oatley's boat claimed a record-equalling seventh win just after nine o'clock Saturday night, over three hours ahead of nearest rival Perpetual LOYAL.
She crossed the finish line in two days, six hours, seven minutes and 27 seconds.
New Zealand's Giacomo was involved in a three-way tussle for fourth place.
She eventually finished sixth but less than three minutes seperated her from fourth placed Black Jack.
Giacomo finished just after six o' clock in the morning, pipped for fifth by just over a minute by Hong Kong entry Beau Jeste.
