New Zealand heavyweight David Tua says he's retired from boxing after losing to Belarusian Alexander Ustinov in Hamilton.
Ustinov won the 12-round fight with a unanimous points decision.
The Belarusian tipped the scales at 132 kilos as opposed to Tua's 107.5 and is had a height and reach advantage of more than 20 centimetres.
Ustinov is now likely to face a title bout against one of the world champion Klitschko brothers.
After the fight Tua said the fire isn't there and it's time to think about something else - he's indicated an interest in a political career, but says he hasn't thought about which party to represent.
