The New Zealand under-17 boys football side has been beaten 1-0 by Italy in their second group match at the Fifa World Cup in the UAE.
New Zealand had a penalty saved in the first half, while the Italians grabbed the only goal of the match just after the break.
The result follows their 7-0 defeat by Uruguay last week.
They are now out of contention to reach the play-offs with their last group match against the Ivory Coast on Thursday.
