Tasman has claimed top spot in the provincial rugby championships after beating Taranaki 27-20 in New Plymouth.
It is Tasman's third win over a Premiership side this season.
Tasman top the championship standings, 7 points ahead of Hawke's Bay with Otago and Southland holding onto the other play-off spots with a round to play.
The top four in the Premiership have been confirmed, Wellington, Canterbury, Auckland and Counties Manukau.
