The British cyclist Mark Cavendish has won his first stage of the Tour of Britain after a sprint finish to stage four in Wales.
The majority of the riders were given the same time, including the New Zealander Jack Bauer, who was officially given 18th place.
Team Sky leader Sir Bradley Wiggins retains the overall lead, while Bauer remains fourth overall.
