Hewitt improves in triathlon rankings

There has been some movement in the womens world triathlon rankings following the latest round of the world championship series.

Following her third place finish in Austria at the weekend, Andrew Hewitt has moved up one spot to second in the rankings, while freshman Kate McIlroy has appeared for the first time at 33 in the rankings following her 8th place finish.

Hewitt trails Australian star Emma Moffett, while Sam Warriner, who has missed the last 2 events is at 15 and Nicky Samuels 16... Debbie Tanner is at 21 and then McIlroy at 33.

In the men's rankings Kris Gemmell is at 8 and Bevan Docherty 17th.
