Testing procedures catch up with Dutch cyclist

New drug testing procedures have caught up with another road cyclist.

The Dutch rider Thomas Dekker has been banned from the Tour de France starting next week after a positive test for the blood boosting drug EPO.

The sample was originally taken in December 2007, but new testing procedures came up with a positive test for EPO.
