Luna Rossa need to keep improving

Luna Rossa helmsman Chris Draper admits they are going to have to get more out of their boat if they want to be competitive with Team New Zealand when they meet in the finals of the Louis Vuitton cup, starting next weekend.

The Italian team completed a 4-0 sweep of Artemis Racing in the semi-finals, winning the fourth race by two minutes and 11 seconds to finish off the Swedish team.

Draper says they've made good progress but says Team New Zealand have also made ground, and says they know they have to sail incredibly well to be able to compete with them.

He says they want to get more out of the boat and hopes minor changes over the next week will give them an edge upwind.
