New Zealand 100 metre hurdles record holder Andrea Miller of Otago has been selected for the World Championships in Berlin in August.

The 27 year old broke her own national record two weeks ago in Geneva with a performance of 13.10s.

This was under the B standard set for selection and Miller has been approved to compete for New Zealand as a development athlete. Miller's next race in her build up for the World University Games in Belgrade in two weeks time and for Berlin is in Celle Ligure Italy on Tuesday.
