New Zealand Cricket is hoping the future of the ICL-contracted players may become somewhat clearer next week.

With the rebel Indian-based league seemingly collapsing and organisers saying they'll grant players a release from their contracts, it's raised the possibility of fast bowlers Shane Bond and Darryl Tuffey again being available for the national side.

NZ Cricket CEO Justin Vaughan says he'll be attending an ICC meeting in Dubai next week where there may be some clarification on the matter.

Meanwhile Black Caps coach Andy Moles says Bond and Tuffey would certainly be on his wishlist.
