AS Dragon has created history after they scored a come from behind 3-1 win over the Oceania League champions Auckland City at Trusts Arena in Henderson.
It's the first time a Tahitian club has beaten a New Zealand club at this level on their home turf, and Dragon's victory tightens an already tense three-horse race for the semi-finals, that includes City's Auckland rivals Waitakere United.
Auckland stay top of group B despite the defeat, while AS Dragon grab second place, albeit temporarily, as Waitakere United take on struggling New Caledonians AS Mont Dore under lights at Trusts Stadium on Wednesday night.
