The New Zealand Breakers' grip on top spot in the Australian national League is a little stronger after the second-placed Perth Wildcats were beaten.
Perth were upset 78-72 by the sixth-placed Cairns Taipans in Cairns.
The Breakers, who beat Adelaide on Thursday, are now 21 wins and three losses, which is three losses ahead of Perth with a game in hand. The Wildcats have 19 wins and six losses.
