Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp says his club's shock 1-nil win over over Chelsea could attract new players to sign for the bottom side and help turn their English Premier League football season around.

QPR are five points from relegation safety with 17 matches left.

A stunning second-half strike from outside the box by Shaun Wright-Phillips sealed QPR's first away win of the season and marked the first time they have beaten Chelsea at Stamford Bridge since 1986.

The result mean Chelsea fail to reclaim third place from Tottenham Hotspur while Everton have bolstered their bid for Champions League berth beating Newcastle 2-1.
