The Canterbury first five eighth Tom Taylor has been called into the All Blacks as cover for the injured Dan Carter who sat out New Zealand's 33-10 victory over Wales in Cardiff.
The former All Black hooker Hika Elliot has also been drafted into the squad that plays England next week, as the veteran rake Andrew Hore is likely to be cited for striking a player during the game against Wales.
And with Keven Mealamu under an injury cloud the All Black coach Steve Hansen says he's comfortable with the idea of the rookie hooker Dane Coles starting against England.
Hansen says Coles has played well on the tour so far coming off the bench against Scotland, Italy and Wales.
He says if Coles starts against England then the rest of the All Blacks will be expected to do a bit more.
