Heather Watson ends Brit. womens' title drought

Heather Watson has become the first British woman to win a WTA tennis singles title in 24 years after coming from a match point down to beat Taiwan's Chang Kai-chen 7-5 5-7 7-6 in the final of the Japan Open.

The 20 year old from Guernsey, with a world ranking of 56, is the country's first winner on the women's tour since Sara Gomer in 1988.
