Afghanistan have made a respectable start to their second Twenty20 Cricket World Cup tournament against India, despite a butter-fingered display in the field.

India took advantage of four dropped catches to post 159 for five.

The left arm seam bowler Shapoor Zardan gave the Afghans a great by removing the Indian openers Gambhir and Sehwag by the fifth over with only 22 runs on the board.

India won by 23 runs after dismissing Afghanistan for 136.
