Three former All Blacks have joined the Highlanders coaching staff for the next Super Rugby season.
Former All Blacks Scott McLeod, Jon Preston and Graham Purvis will join head coach Jamie Joseph - himself a former All Black - over the next few weeks to begin planning for the 2013 campaign.
Purvis will be the side's manager, with Preston and McLeod assistant coaches.
The trio replace the recently departed Simon Culhane, Kieran Keane and Leicester Rutledge.
