Dutchman runs hot on openig day at PGA championship

The Dutch golfer Joost Luiten is the surprise first round leader at the US PGA championship in South Carolina.

At Kiawah Island's Ocean course, one of the longest layout's used for a major championship, Luiten is 8-under par after 14 holes, two strokes clear of the Swede Carl Pettersen who has two holes to play.

Northern Ireland's Rory McIlroy has completed a 5-under par 67, former majors winners John Daly, Geoff Ogilvy, and the defending champion Keegan Bradley are on 68, and Tiger Woods is in with a 69.
