The former New Zealand cricket international Scott Styris has scored the joint-third fastest century in Twenty20 history as his English club Sussex comfortably beat Gloucestershire at Hove to move into the semi-finals.
Sussex, the 2009 winners, posted a total of 230-4, the highest score from any team in the 2012 competition.
Styris made 100 not out off 37 balls.
Gloucestershire could only reach 191-8 in reply as Sussex won by 39 runs.
Styris hit nine sixes in his century... he also took a wicket in the Gloucester innings.
Australian Andrew Symonds has the fastest T20 century in just 34 balls.
