The New Zealand tennis number one Marina Erakovic has been beaten in the second round of singles at the Carlsbad Open in California.
Erakovic went out in straight sets, 6-2 6-4, to second seed Dominika Cibulkova of Slovakia.
Erakovic will now head to London for the Olympics.
