The pace bowler Tim Southee's been added to the New Zealand test cricket squad for upcoming tests against the West Indies.
Southee comes in for Wellington pace bowler Mark Gillespie, who was earlier ruled out of the tour with an ankle injury.
Southee is with currently with the side in the Caribbean for the Twenty20 and one day matches.
National Selection Manager Kim Littlejohn says Southee's bowling in the one day matches has improved from is form during the domestic summer.
